The Supervisory Board is a body responsible for monitoring the management and regularity of CECADM operations. It also ensures the evaluation of the quality of internal control and the assessment of the consistency of the systems for identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling risks. To this end, he is authorized to carry out any audit of the accounts, books and operations of the CECADM.

At the end of the financial year, the Supervisory Board has the role of presenting to the General Assembly a report on the regularity, the sincerity of the accounts, the operations and possibly the rules of ethics which have not been respected.
